How to Use Multi-account Functionality in WHM

To use the multi-account functionality in WHM (Web Host Manager), follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your WHM account using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the “Account Functions” section in the WHM interface.
  3. Look for the “Multi Account Functions” option and click on it. This will open a submenu with various multi-account management options.
  4. Create a New Account: a. To create a new account, click on the “Create a New Account” option. b. Fill in the required details for the new account, such as the domain name, username, password, and other account settings. c. Customize the account settings as needed, including selecting the package, specifying resource limits, and enabling additional features. d. Click on the “Create” button to create the new account.
  5. List/Modify Accounts: a. To view a list of existing accounts and make modifications, click on the “List Accounts” option. b. In the account list, you can see details such as the domain, username, and package assigned to each account. c. Select the account you want to modify and click on the “Modify” button. d. Make the necessary changes to the account settings, such as resource limits or domain name. e. Click on the “Save” or “Apply” button to save the modifications.
  6. Terminate an Account: a. If you need to terminate or delete an account, click on the “Terminate an Account” option. b. Select the account you want to terminate from the list. c. Confirm the termination action by clicking on the “Terminate” button.
  7. Manage Account Suspension: a. To suspend or unsuspend an account, click on the “Manage Account Suspension” option. b. Select the account you want to suspend or unsuspend from the list. c. Choose the desired suspension status (suspend or unsuspend) and click on the “Submit” button.
  8. Additional Multi-Account Functions: WHM offers various other functions for managing multiple accounts, such as changing an account’s password, upgrading or downgrading an account’s package, etc. These functions can be accessed from the “Multi Account Functions” submenu in WHM.
